Video: Two traffic female police officers fight in the middle of the road while on duty

Two traffic police officers in northern China's Tangshan city were fired after they got into a fist fight in middle of the road, while on duty.

Police later reported that the two women in the fight were not traffic police officers but instead assistants hired to help police direct traffic. The road police assistants wear uniforms that are different from those for police officers.

The city police said the incident took place about 9am on July 8. The pair had a dispute, which escalated to a street brawl.

The two women were reportedly fired because of the fight.
