Paris Jackson was rushed to hospital in the early hours of Wednesday
after an apparent suicide attempt.
Her mother Debbie
Rowe is understood to have confirmed the reports and said the 15-year-old is
currently at a Los Angeles hospital.
A lawyer for
Katherine Jackson, Paris’ grandmother, alluded to how Paris is still coming to
terms with the loss of her father Michael Jackson, four years after his death.
Paris is
physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention.
Paris was taken
from her Calabasas family home on a stretcher at around 2am and conveyed to a
nearby hospital.
The 911 call at
1.27am 'regarding a possible overdose', the teenager had cut herself multiple
times on one of her wrists.
Paris was upset
because she was not allowed to go to a Marilyn Manson concert in Los Angeles on
Thursday.
