NASA discovers three Earth-sized planets right in the habitable zone

For the past three years, NASA’s Kepler space observatory has been pushing back the boundaries of our knowledge of the universe. The telescope has generated enormous amounts of data and is expected to continue doing so through 2016. As of the last update, Kepler has detected 2,740 planetary candidates across 2046 stars. If Hubble brought us visions of the cosmos from the dawn of creation, Kepler has been vital in our search for other planets in our own backyard.

Audi shows off next-gen in-car system that can predict the future

At the GPU Technology Conference, Audi has shown off Urban Intelligent Assist, the German automaker’s vision for the future of urban driving. Urban Intelligent Assist (UIA) is a suite of hardware and software tools that, among other things, predicts the future and provides natural, landmark-based GPS navigation.

According to Audi, more than 80% of Americans now live in an urbanized area — a 12% increase over the last decade. As you have probably noticed, this means it’s now harder than ever to drive in cities — and indeed, most road traffic accidents occur on urban areas.

When the couple finally received their wedding images, they were devastated. “She said she was a pro, but didn’t even get any shots of Gary’s elderly grandparents who came up from London,” a distressed Mrs. Crack told The Sun.

Obasanjo Had a Killer Squad As President – Former Associate

A former associate of ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo, Mr. Richard Odusanya, on Saturday alleged that the former chairman of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party’s Board of Trustees was in charge of a killer squad that was formed under the military regime of late Gen. Sani Abacha.

Odusanya reportedly worked behind the scenes when Obasanjo was in power.

In a live interview, with an online news portal, Sahara Reporters, Odusanya  alleged that the former President lodged the killer squad at a State Security Service headquarters, known as ‘Yellow House.’

He appeared on the programme alongside Mr. Segun  Seriki, a PDP member in Ogun State and a member of the House of Representatives in the Third Republic, under the Social Democratic Party.

Mourinho: Return Of The Special One To Chelsea?

Has Jose Mourinho concluded plans to return to Chelsea this summer? Spanish radio show Punto Pelota revealed that’s exactly what he’s done.

The report claims Mourinho gave a talk to coaches at his sons football club, Canillas, on Monday afternoon where he not only shared his wisdom on all things football but he also confirmed that he will not be at Real Madrid next season. The Portuguese boss was asked if he could come back to do another talk next year, to which Mourinho replied: “To come back next year will be difficult. Next year I will not be here [in Spain].” Mourinho is quoted as saying by Punto Pelota.
