With his Believe Tour schedule calling for him to be back in Munich on Thursday, the 19-year-old returned to his L.A.-area home from Europe this week only to end up on the receiving end of a battery complaint lodged by a neighbor, who claims the "Boyfriend" singer made threats during an argument.
No other official details were available as to what Bieber is accused of doing, but L.A. Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whit more confirmed to E! News that deputies were called to the pop star's Calabasas home shortly after 9 a.m. and the alleged incident in the vicinity of Bieber's home remains under investigation.
