It means negotiations are delayed again as the judge set another hearing for April 19.
The Brooklyn Nets player is reportedly holding up proceedings as he wants their marriage annulled instead of a divorce.
He claims it was was based on fraud, alleging she used their televised nuptials to boost her ratings and earnings.
Kris was last spotted in New York in the early hours of Friday morning.
His lawyers declined to comment on settlement discussions, but said a May 6 trial date remains.
Kim is desperate for things to be sorted before she becomes a mum in July.
