A personal trainer Andrew Dixon showed how to photograph yourself in a
way to create the illusion of hot looking abs.
He explained that companies often show before and after weight loss photos, which are not done by losing weight, but rather with some small changes to the person and the lighting.
It is all about smart lighting, some oil, a quick shave and a good pair
of shorts. Dixon showed how in one hour you can transform yourself into a hot
looking stud.He explained that companies often show before and after weight loss photos, which are not done by losing weight, but rather with some small changes to the person and the lighting.
The personal trainer took a photograph of himself in blue baggy shorts with scruffy hair and a beard. He was also slouching forward to expose all his body fat. Then, he was ready for the after photo. He made several push-ups and chin-ups in order to tighten his muscles.
When he was done, he shaved his head, beard and chest. He smeared some oil over his body and put on a black pair of shorts with a slimmer cut.
When it was time to take the second photo, Dixon adjusted the lighting to create more shadows. He sucked in his abdomen and the transformation was complete. It looked as if he has lost a lot of weight.
Next time you see a before and after photo of a person who lost weight,
don’t get jealous, just follow Dixon’s tricks and you can look great too.
