Chris Brown has been released from custody without bail after pleading not guilty. The assault charge has been reduced from a felony to a misdemeanour.

The 24-year-old singer was arrested outside a five star hotel in Washington, D.C. on Sunday morning after he allegedly punched a man and broke his nose.
