that energy going for three of your four judges who are here tonight."
"I hear she's seven minutes out and there's some congestion on the 405," the host told the audience. "She should be here momentarily."
And by “momentarily,” Ryan meant thirteen minutes later. Nicki, who arrived during the first commercial break of the night, even missed the first performance by Curtis Finch, Jr.
The rapper showed up wearing a black hoodie pulled over her head and dark sunglasses. Without mentioning her tardiness, she proceeded to be primped by a makeup artist in her seat while Mariah rolled her eyes and exchanged glances with Randy

Thankfully, Nicki was ready to go just in time for the second performer of the night, Janelle Arthur, to take the stage.
