Tony Umole an actor who is know for his famous TV Programme " One Love" is dead. He popular role is acting as "Daddy". Tajudeen Adepetu, the producer of One Love confirmed his death yesterday.

The cause of death remains unknown.

Those with Android devices are at risk of losing their data to hackers

900 million Android devices are at risk from a bug that allows hackers to hijack phones and steal data. A ‘master key’ that could give hackers complete access to mobile phones and tablets running Google’s Android software has been revealed. This Bug allows hackers to steal data, listen in to calls or send junk email and text messages. It takes advantage of the Android handles cryptographic verification of the apps installed on the phone.

Android uses the cryptographic signature as a way to check that an app or program is legitimate and to ensure it has not been tampered with.

The Statue of Liberty officially reopened months after Sandy

After months of repair work, finally the Statue of Liberty has officially reopened once again to the public just in time for the July 4th holiday.

The Statue of Liberty Island was closed following the Super Sandy storm, while the statue was not damaged; the island had major flooding and infrastructure damage.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and other federal officials were scheduled to officially reopen Liberty Island. A large crowd gathered for the holiday and ribbon-cutting ceremony at Liberty Island.

Researchers create miniature human liver out of stem cells

Scientists have created a tiny liver from stem cells that helped mice with chronic liver failure regain function.

Researchers in Japan transplanted 4-millimeter-wide "liver buds" made from human stem cells into a mice. The transplanted liver buds, which were placed in the cranium or abdomen, were able to work in conjunction with the mice's own organs and secrete human liver-specific proteins. They also created human metabolites, tiny molecules that are produced when the body metabolizes a substance.

The world's fastest amphibious car can go from car to boat

California based Water-Car designer “Fred Selby” has designed the world's fastest Jeep style vehicle “amphibious car” called the “Panther” that can be driven straight from the land into the water and goes from a car to a boat in just 15 seconds. The Panther can carry up to four (4) Passengers in both Land and Water and can sail in both salt and fresh water. Awesome!

The £ 89k Panther vehicle can reach water speed of up to 45 mph almost as fast as an average speed boat and is fitter with a custom made 3.7 liter V6 engine, fiberblass hull and lightweight chromoly steel chassis.

Confusion: Chinese IT worker accidentally screened a Porn film on a large train station television

It is believed the Chinese technician had connected his laptop to the screen, usually used to show adverts as he fix a fault. When the job was completed, he failed to disconnect the two devices instead he switched to watch an X-rated film which accidentally was broadcast on the train station television.

Hundreds of passengers stopped puzzled to stare at the monitor outside the Jilin Station in China, as the film played for at least ten minutes.

Former Super Eagles midfielder, Thompson Oliha dies at 44

The midfielder, who was among the 1994 victorious Super Eagles' squad that won the Nations cup in Tunisia, died today Sunday, June 30 at 4.05 am at the Yusjib industrial Medicare hospital, Ilorin, Kwara State, Super Sport reports.

His wife Irish Oliha said he slumped in the toilet, before he could be rushed to the hospital he was dead.

He was the head coach of the Kwara Football Academy (KFA) in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Airlines dump what was believed to be human waste on family property

Mubarak Muhammed Abdullahi a Physics undergraduate student makes money from repairing computers and mobile phones. The money he gets from this is channeled to his helicopters project.

The yellow model took him eight months to build.

It took a team of designers more than 200 hours to weave together the coat made of 100 percent male chest hair.  It is indeed a good attention grabber.
